“Most health campaigns that promote a healthy lifestyle among youth are not developed based on scientific research. Therefore, unfortunately, many of these campaigns lack strategies for long-term success. With the MyMovez research project we aim to develop a method for effective campaign implementations based on longitudinal research insights. I feel lucky and excited to be involved in this innovative project with such a legitimate health purpose.”
